About Jenn Hill
I’m Jenn Hill—part educator, part strategist, and full-time champion for kids who don’t fit neatly into boxes. For 15+ years, I’ve worked with students, parents, and teachers to take what feels overwhelming—executive functioning struggles, perfectionism, and the complexities of twice-exceptional (2e) learning—and make growth feel not just possible, but doable.
It all started in the classroom. I thought I was prepared—certifications, degrees, lesson plans color-coded down to the minute. But then came the kids who didn’t fit the mold. The fast learners who melted down when things weren’t perfect. The creative thinkers who couldn’t find their homework. The kids who saw the world differently and needed someone to see them.
I saw them.
And what I saw shifted everything I thought I knew about teaching and learning. It sent me searching for better strategies, bigger conversations, and practical tools to help kids thrive—not in spite of their differences, but because of them.

When I’m not deep in research or designing tools, you can find me obsessing over my favorite Chicago-style pizza (yes, it’s better than New York’s), cheering on my 2e kids as they explore their passions, or scrolling through way too many planner hacks online.
